Printer will not recognize Geniune cartridges on HP Officejet 8620. Was working before I purchased new genuine cartridges. I can this be correct?
I have downloaded new software for the printer. Took them out several times, but no success. Even tried it on a different computer at another location. No success. Help!

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer ink system.
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
