Product: Officejet Pro 8710

The printhead is missing, undetected or incorrectly installed... I have taken the printhead out and cleaned it.  I have changed the ink cartridges, and I have pulled the power cord 3 times as recommended by HP Support... same problem... nothing changes... what now?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
