Hello,
I have a problem with the error C9C70000. I have tried to restart it, removing the power cable and everything else but still nothing. Still same message. I can't remove the cartriges because the carriage doesn't move to the position where it's possible to remove it.
Please help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that you are unable to remove the cartridges since the carriage won't move
You can try updating the Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers Look for jams and obstruction inside the printer and try to move the carriage manually. For instruction: Click here
If the issue persists, please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community.
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope.
