Hello,
Recently ordered some new ink cartridges direct from HP for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Installed the cartridges. Tried to print but it came out smeared, faded and barely legible.
Tried to do all the diagnostics: Clean Printhead, Align Printhead.
Same thing. The test pages are coming out in black only but smeared and faded. No colour.
I will admit that it's been awhile since I last installed new cartridges. I don't print all that much and would usually go to the library rather than pay for new cartridges but since the Covid19 pandemic, that's not an option.
Please help!
