HP Officejet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I put in new Yellow cartridge in my HP Officejet Pro 8720 and it will not recognize it. I put others in and it's fine. I have tried this with 2 new ones and it keeps saying Cartridge Problem. Therefore I can't print anything HELP

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges

  1. Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.

  2. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

  3. Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.

  4. Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.

  5. Close the ink cartridge access door.

Update the printer firmware
