HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is 'dropping out' and showing the error message above on a blue screen with all three 'back', 'home' and 'help' lights flashing below. This is happening many times a day for the past few days. It started when the black cartridge ran low and I chose the use color cartridge option.

I have -

turned the printer off at the wall, left it for 60 seconds, turned it on again

made sure the printer is plugged directly into the power point

reinstalled printer drivers

To use it, i am resetting it each time and it prints fine

It is 3 months out of 12 mth warranty

The computer running it is a DELL Inspiron

Any help is much appreciated

Thank you

Michelle

Hello

This is what worked for my printer.

However, I have to add that it lasted for about 1 week before defaulting to the blue screen and error message.

I hope it works for you.

Best of luck

Michelle
