Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

I am not an native English speaker so please be gentle with my English.

 

I have an HP Officejet pro 9012 and I changed my ink patrones.

Now I see a message on the display:

"Thank you for using HP instant ink patrones.

Don´t forget to recylce....."

I can´t delete this message.

A klick on "OK" changes nothing on the  dislay.

I have no home button, no other patterns.

I don´t know how to fix the display.

To switch the printer Off/ON oder disconnect from electricity for 15 minutes do not change the display.

 

How can I delete this message?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an error message on the printer display, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer to fix the issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
