Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My printer stopped working after the last Windows 11 update. The HP Support Assistant recognizes it, but the HP Print & Scan Doctor doesn't recognize that I have any printers. HP Smart just brings up a blank screen. There was another app that the website suggest HP Easy (something, but can't remember) and it also just sat there with a blank screen. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to work, but I don't know what else to do. I think I even tried to uninstall the printer, but the computer still shows it is there even though clicking on it causes everything to freeze up. Can anyone help a not-very-techy person to get the printer working again?
