I received a supply error today after installing new HP approved cartridges.

 

It's now fixed.

After trying the other fixes listed in prior support threads, it turned out the yellow cartridge was leaking a few drops of ink onto the portion where the ink comes out while the printer was validating the cartridges.  The amount was a very small.

I swabbed the surrounding lipped area around the hole where the ink is dispensed cleaning any sign of ink, installed it and voila, it worked.
