Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Please help, I am so frustrated.

 

I was getting this error 

Mechanism Error: The print cartridge cradle cannot move. Turn the printer off, free the cartridge cradle, and turn the printer back on.

 

I reset everything and reinstalled all my printers, when I turn my HP on the power button and add paper button flash.  I have removed everything, reinstalled and still no change.  

 

ANY ADVICE would be so much appreciated!!!!

If the issue persists, please contact HP Support for Service Options
