Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 9015 has been showing a blue screen with code B305DFF9 on the screen. When this happens, the power button will not shut the printer down, I have to unplug the power cord and reset the printer then plug it back in.  The printer works fine for a little while after the reset, but then the blue screen and code returns.
