Hi -
I'm on Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 - This wasn't a choice from the dropdown menu.
I'm having problems with a HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 (shows up as 9020 in the printer control panel). I constantly get an error message ( B30B23F3 or B305EDO9 ) and have to unplug and replug the printer. The error message comes back very quickly even after recycling the power. What are the reset instructions for me? What should I do?

Hi @SamSilverstein,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
