My HP Photosmart 7520 is broken. I have replaced all ink cartridges and the BLACK does not print. I have cleaned the cartridges and the diagnostic page shows BLANK (no color) in the black box. The alignment has FAILED.
Does anybody know how to fix this? Should I bring it to repair or just buy a new printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you able to make a copy in black or color?
If you have tried all the steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-7520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5199461/model/51..., it could be a hardware issue with the Printer.

Hi Betty
My printer is printing in color. The cartridge BLACK (not photo black) is not printing. It fails the alignment.
I have tried everything! I have good HP paper, full 564 ink cartridges, etc. and nothing seems to work.
Do you have any other ideas? Is it worth it to take it to Geek Squad at Best Buy to fix, or buy a new one?
