NO CHANGES PRIOR TO PROBLEM ...

WHEN I TRY TO COPY AT PRINTER , AND WANT TO INCREASE SIZE OF SMALL PICTURE  (STAMPS ,COINS ETAL) , I TOUCH SCREEN TO COPY , THEN GEAR SHAPED ICON (BESIDE COPY ), SELECT RESIZE , CUSTOM SIZE, AND SELECT SIZE ( % ) AND BAC TO PRINT ...

NOW  PRINTER  RETURNS TO   25 %  ,INSTEAD OF RETURNING TO 100 % FOR NEXT PRINTING (COPY) JOB...

NOTHING I DO CAN CORRECT THIS PROBLEM, EXCEPT TO START EVERY COPY BY RESIZING TO 100 % BEFORE I COPY...

HELP !!!!!      HP IS NO HELP AT ALL ...

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

Flower_Bud is at your service.

As I understand, every time you have to change the settings for the copy after performing the first copy,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Have you tried saving the copy settings?

If not, here are the steps to do that:

  1. To save these settings as defaults for future jobs, from the printer control panel display, touch Copy, touch Settings, and then touch Set As New Defaults.

This will allow you to use the settings you prefer and you don't have to change it every time.

Hope this helps!

Keep me posted 🙂
