Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to change the printer to color.  I am unable to find the option within Printer Priorities and there is no option within Device settings to switch to color.

Hi,

Right-click the printer icon from Devices and Printers and select Printer Properties.

Within the Device Settings tab look for a Device Type option and ensure it is set to Color rather than Auto Detect.

Press Apply, OK and confirm any prompt, then check if you may find color options for the driver.

Please let me know the results,

Shlomi

I dont have the option to switch the color option under device type.  I have headings that include Try alignment, Font substitution Table, Installable options.  DO I need to download a color driver and please include the link.

Thanks
