Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with my HP printer. The error message reads:
"Printer Error: Problem with the printer or printing system. Turn the printer off and on again. If the message persists, contact HP. Error Code: 0x6100004d3."
It seems to indicate a problem with the printer or its system. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Restarting the printer – I turned it off and back on after waiting a few minutes.
- Checked for any obstructions – No paper jams or visible issues with the ink cartridges.
- Reset the printer – I performed a factory reset, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone encountered this error before? Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Best,
Raffael
