Product: HP PageWide Enterprise Color Flow MFP 785zs
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I keep getting an 66.A5.19 error code on my Pagewide 785zs. It tells me to turn power off then on which didn't clear the error. Updating to the latest firmware had no effect. The event log says: Front puller sensor failed 0066A519 while the HP support knowledge base states: 66.A5.19 Stapler/Stacker front puller sensor failed. What's the next step?
