Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

Hello,

 

We have turned on our printer for the first time in ages and are having a printing issue as shown in this photo. Generally, one thin length of a document prints fine but the rest is blank, patchy or incomplete.

 

I've done many of the standard cleaning and service processes but not improved yet.

 

Can anyone identify a fix for this?
