Hi! Has anyone had an issue with their printer leaking ink where the carriage rests on the right side? I was getting a report that there was no paper in the printer, when in fact, it was full of paper. So after trying  a number of things I opened it up to clean the wheels, as instructed. After that it said it had a carriage jam. This led me to discover the ink. I now know why I've had to constantly replace the cartridges for the past two years. Is this salvageable?? It is no longer under warranty. IMG_9380.JPGIMG_9374.JPG

@SmallBusinessLA, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The ink leakage is not normal in any printer and this is considered to be a hardware issue which requires servicing of the printer.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!

The only option it gives me is "Ask the support community." I don't think HP services this printer anywhere in the United States. 😞
