Product: HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-One Printer

I'm trying to print a test page on an HP Photosmart 3210 all in one printer connected to a computer running Windows 10 (64bit). When I try to print the test page, the printer is identifying "out of paper" when there's plenty of uncurled flat paper in the tray.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
