HP Photosmatrt6525 Product #CX018A

My HP Photosmart  6525 stopped printing black ink. I replaced the black ink cartridge with new HP 564 black cartridge. Still did not print black.  I removed the ink cartridges and cleaned the print head with Iso. alcohol and replace the ink cartridges. Still did not print black. I also replace the color cartridges with new ones. I then removed the the print head and cleaned it thoroughly. when I replaced the the print head and the ink cartridges a message said that the print head is missing or damaged. I purchased a new print head and installed it. The printer goes through the configuration process but then indicates that there  is Printer Failure. After shutting down and restart with the power button  and pulling the power cord from the wall and the back of the printer for 60 seconds. TH\he message still indicated there is Printer Failure. Is there something else I might do other than shutting down and restarting or pulling the power cord that might correct my printer problem??
