My printer just started doing this too!  So annoying!  It's just about 2 years old.  I bought and replaced ink, cleaned print head, aligned printer, made sure ink was vented and clean.  Nothing works!  Just prints grey and color.  No black.  Not happy....

My printer just started doing this too!   It's just about 1.5 years old.  I bought and replaced ink, cleaned print head, aligned printer, made sure the ink was vented and clean.  Nothing works!  Just prints grey and color.  No black.  What is going on?

Looks like HP has a major issue here. What are they going to do about it? If nothing, this will be my last HP product I buy.
