Photosmart C4480
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a used HP Photosmart C4480 All-IN-One, and it works great for what I need. I ordered remanufactured ink cartridges from 499inks.com and  everything still worked great. Was very happy with the remanufactured ink cartridges.  For several weeks they printed perfectly...probably 30 or 40 prints.  A couple days ago I went to print and the screen on my printer said "INCOMPATIBLE PRINT CARTRIDGE(s).  I have tried everything under the sun and tips I found online to no avail.  Nothing will work, I cannot print. The previous 30, 40 prints the cartridges were not Incompatible...they were very compatible.  I don't know if it is the cartridges or printer or what??? I'm at a loss, very frustrated.  Can anyone please help me get to printing again?

Thanks So Much

Very Much Appreciated,

-Matt

@ItalianMatt80, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

HP does not recommend the use of non-HP ink cartridges. It may or may not work. HP cannot guarantee its functionality.

For more info, refer to - Dynamic Security Enabled Printers

To resolve any ink cartridge-related issues, refer to - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

If the issue persists, kindly use HP ink cartridges. You may visit Hp Store to check and order compatible ink cartridges.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
