HP Pavilion dv7
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I need help. I printed a few pictures that have red in it, but the red was replaced by yellow. Even red text is yellow.

I know I just replaced the ink cartridge a few weeks ago and only printed a few pages since then.

I managed to print a printer status report and it shows the color levels are all roughly at 90%.

What can I do to fix the issue? Please help.

Printer: HP Photosmart C4750

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Greetings

U.

I went to the page, followed the steps. Test page was not too bad.

Then I downloaded and installed full software for my printer, including HP Solution Center software. Printed alignment page and scanned it. THAT made things worse. I even ran"Clean the Print Cartidges".

Now it doesn't print color. Test page won't even show colors anymore. Ink levels are still at almost full in the software.
