Okay so I need help my printer isn't printing I have new ink in it and fresh paper but I keep getting
Error code:0xc1980013
And if I'm able to get past the error code my printer isn't printing like at all
I took the print head and cleaned it out I've cleaned out the entire printer I think I might have fudged up my printer head cuz I was recommended to soak it in isopropyl alcohol 92% it started acting up before I cleaned it. But now it's worse so I don't know what to do or where to find new printerhead I got it used from my neighbors cuz they couldn't fix the wireless printing I fixed that with a reset
