HP logo is shown on start up, but never reaching final state.

after some time all lights and display goes off and starting from new.

 

any possiblity to flash a fresh firmware via sd card or any other ideas.

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the printer's control panel as it is stuck on the HP logo.


Appreciate you trying the troubleshooting steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help! 


Let's try these steps -


Solution#1 Printer Reset -

 

1) Take out the cartridges. 
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 30 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector. 
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.


Solution# 2 Firmware Update -

 

Please refer to "Download firmware updates from the HP website" for instructions. 


If the issue still persists I have sent you a Private Message with the troubleshooting steps specific to your printer.
