Recently presented with ink system failure 0xc19a0023 code.  Summary of what has been done so far:

Replaced ink cartridges.

Cleaned Printhead

 

Still no Joy

 

Following a hard reset of printer am now presented with Missing printhead error message.

 

I have resolved to needing to replace the printhead however I can only find printheads for HP862/564 not 364(which my printer takes)

 

Can i buy a printhead for HP862/564 and fit 364 cartridges or in the abscence of a 364 printhead do I:

 

resolve to fitting 862/564 cartridges from now on or:

Bin the printer?

 

I understand the 862 cartridges are for the china market and 364 for W.Europe - are they interchangeable?

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

Ensure all the troubleshooting steps are completed, refer to the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead for help.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/upgrade options if the replacement is not available.
