Product: officeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just installed four new ink cartridges of which I have previously done.  This time I get a message "Printhead missing or not detected" 

I cannot get the printer to operate?

What do I need to do now?
