Hi @Ana195 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The flashing orange exclamation mark and the message regarding an issue with your HP account typically indicate that there might be an unresolved issue related to your billing cycle or account status. Here's how you can address this situation:
-
Log into HP Account:
- Go to the HP website or open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Log in using your HP account credentials from the home screen.
- Check for any alerts or messages regarding your account or billing status. Make sure your payment information is up-to-date and that there are no pending actions.
-
Check Billing Information:
- If the issue is billing-related, ensure that your credit card or payment method associated with the HP account is not expired or has been changed recently.
- Update any necessary billing information to avoid service interruptions.
-
Renew or Update Subscription:
- If you're using an HP instant ink subscription or any similar service, verify if it's active and that there are no issues with upcoming bill payments.
Hope this helps resolve your issue.
