OfficeJet Pro 9025

I have been spinning my wheels for the past week trying to free up a jammed print carriage. I have read **bleep** near every article about how to fix this or about this being issue, I don’t understand, WHY is this an issue for so long? I’m not paying someone $200 to fix the printer when I can spend the same amount of money to buy a new printer….HP you’ve just lost a loyal customer over to the competitor because of this very issue. What are you doing to fix the problem that has obviously been prevalent for YEARS! Rant over, I need to find a new printer to buy.

Hi@Adouglass,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing carriage issues with the HP OfficeJet Printer. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

I have a few recommendations

  • Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following link will fix the issue. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201289
  • If the issue persists then this seems like a hardware related issue with the printer and it needs to be repaired.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
