Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477fnw is stuck on a print job. Tried to cancel it and it is stuck on "Canceling"

Is this on the printer or your computer?

 

If on the computer, follow the instructions at this link to clear the print queue https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...

 

If on the printer, disconnect the printer from the computer and power off, follow the instructions above and once done reconnect the printer as normal.
