Hello!
My printer kept having paper jam. I see nothing stuck in it. However when I opened the ink cartridge compartment door, I can see there's a Rubber piece that rises up from plastic and the paper is catching on it. *see photo*
Not sure what to do.. I've removed paper jam about 4 times, and each time it jams. So opened the cartridge door to see if I could see what was jamming it, and found what you see in the photo. How do I fix this?
Thank you in advance...
