Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello, I have a laser jet Pro MFP M127fw. When I turn on the printer it goes to a logo screen. It will not go past this screen. I cannot print or do anything. The touch screen does not work at all. I have tried unplugging, on/off, deleted printer from the computer, reinstalled, reset settings, nothing is working.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer is stuck in the HP logo, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
