I have a new printer that I set up and went to print a test page and the paper jammed in the back of the printer.  There is a small torn piece that I can't get to and the manual is less than helpful. I know this can't be a rare occurrence but not sure how to get to it.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

If the paper is jammed in the fuser then likely you will need to disassemble the printer to remove it without damaging the printer. If the printer is brand new I would contact place of purchase. If you are going to try to fix it yourself, this video of a different model will provide some good guidance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIIkQevZDWo
