HP SETUP Cartridge and normal cartridge capacity

Is the capacity of Hp setup cartridges the same as the regular cartridges??

Want answer more specifically as in which one has higher capacity and which one has lower?

Both the Ink cartridge has the same amount of ink.

On setting up the printer for the first time the consumption of the ink for cleaning and Aligning the cartridges will be more.
