I am trying to pull the HP Smart App up on my computer to scan a document, but it is stuck in a loop asking the question "Do you want to help make HP Smart better by sharing usage data?" No matter the answer, I get the question to pop up again. I have a wireless connection and am able to print from other programs on my computer. I just can't get the HP App to come up.

I am trying to view the reply that was sent to me, but when I click on the link to do so, and log in to my account, it tells me I don't have access.

Well, I can't read the reply but after uninstalling and reinstalling it is showing a different bit of text on the page along with the question today. It didn't show that yesterday when I had reinstalled it, but this morning it appears different and the menu has come up and I can add the printer back to the app. Seems to me that HP was the one with the issue and they resolved it.
