Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Every time I try to open Hp Smart, I'm always given the same thing that the app cannot currently be loaded. It's never happened before and I've left it for 3 days with the same results. Do you know any way by chance that can help with this?

Hello,
To solve this problem, please uninstall and reinstall HP Smart as follows:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows and X keys simultaneously.
- Click on Windows PowerShell (Admin) and then click Yes.
- Type get-appxpackage -allusers *HPPrinterControl* | remove-appxpackage, then press Enter key. The uninstallation of HP Smart is performed.
- Restart the computer.
- Open the Microsoft Store application, then in the search bar type HP Smart and click on it.
- Click on Install, then wait for the installation to complete.
- Once the installation is complete, open the HP Smart application.
- Follow the instructions on the HP Smart application launch screen, then get to the page where it offers you Set up a new printer or Sign in, click on Sign in.
- Once you are logging into your account, try to scan.
