Hello fellow Product Users. That's what it says when I want to talk to a representative of HP. Go talk to other users. Don't talk to us. So frustrated. HP was better 10 to 15 years ago.
h20180.www2.hp.com refused to connect.
That's all I get. That is from the support button on my HP Smart Program on my computer. An Up-To-Date program that had a selection of "Support" which brings you to a website that Refuses to connect.
I have been letting a problem slide for a while. I believe it started when HPConnect turned into HPSmart. I can no longer email my printer. Yet in my printer Settings it still has the same email address as before but nothing works. I just want this issue to be solved. In the vast journey that I have encountered with the virtual agent and nonsense on the web it becomes a never ending circle of no support for HP Users. I would like to just call a phone number or email directly to a service rep who can help but that won't happen.

Try these steps to re-enable the web-services -
Step 1 Remove the Web-Services -
1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2. Touch Remove Web Services.
Reboot the devices.
Step 2 Enable the Web-Services -
1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Web Services Setup .
3. Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services.
4. On the screen that appears, touch OK to allow the printer to automatically check for product updates.
5. If the Printer Update Options screen is displayed, select one of the options.
6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@NotConnected, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you referring to HP ePrint?
Do you get any errors when you send a print job?
For more info on this service that lets you print from anywhere, refer to - Print with HP ePrint

When I first received my printer it gave me a test page that has its email and claim code. Used that. I was able to go into my personal email and forward them to the printer and it would print. Now there are errors on my personal email side stating that the email doesn't exist. This means this error is due by HP. My printer still shows the email is the same. HP ePrint erased my printers email so now I have no address for it.

Thank you TEJ1602. I was about to get my hammer and bat. To give you a picture of how unconnected I am I was going through your instructions and was thinking, turn it off or is there a selection for reboot? I figured it out of course and shut the electricity to the house down. The network issued me a new address. So I am good. For now.
