After being turned on the printerhead stays on the left side while the alert icon and power button continuously blinks. During this time, the printer cannot be used. My computer also cannot detect the device as well as HP smart app asks for a software update. When i try to press the resume button, the red light above it lights shortly but then becomes unresponsive all together and does not affect or remove the error icon.
