Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We moved the printer in a long distance in its original box and protecting styrofoam boards. It remained in the box for more than 4-5 weeks and when I opened the box I found out some ink leaked out from the cartridges as the box might have been placed / moved in vertical or upsidedown position for an unknown time. I removed the cartridges and cleaned the terminals as explained in the support.hp.com and it started working and made print outs without any issues. After a couple of weeks, I wanted to use it again and suddenly all lights (power, info, resume, all indicators on display and the orange lights) started blinking continuously. It was impossible to interrupt it by pressing any buttons including power button not resetting the device by unplugging or trying multiple button configurations. Then, I realized that the printing head was moved and stuck at the left end of the printer once I opened the front door to check the inside. Couldnt move it by any means so gave up on pushing it to the centerline. Searched on the HP Virtual Assistant but couldn't find any troubleshooting advice for the situation, even though HP Smart software somehow showed the printer online after a few diagnosis but later on changed the printer status back to offline. After a few days I opened the front cover and managed to push the printing head / cartridges again to the center and then removed them to check the terminals. Even there wasn't significant amount of ink on them I cleaned and put them back. It didn't change anything and still all lights blinking when turn on the power on and printer is completely unresponsive and inaccessible. The only change is that I can recently turn it off and on by pushing the power button. Cartridges are not moving while turning it on & off. I appreciate your responses/ suggestions.
