Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi. I have HP Smart Tank 615. I got this message on display screen

ERROR CODE

0XC4EB02FF

HW_MICCI2_V12

and all light are blinking.

How can i fix this?

I see that the printer is in error state, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
