Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

 I have on my Smart Tank 615 display "error code oxc4eb9004 HW_MICCI2_V12" and all lights are blinking.

I've already tried, few times, the Reset procedure :

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

but he problem was not solved.

Do you have any other idea ?
