The cyan stopped printing quite suddenly. The printer only a few months old. I've cleaned the cartridges per the instructions dozens of times. Still nothing.
I've been looking at getting the Tri Colour Printhead replaced, but it is impossible to source.
This issue is affect our productivity

I understand the printer is not printing Cyan. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
