Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 550

I cannot print anything and have not been able to for months, I have tried to align the printer heads 10 times in the last 2 hours and had no luck as it keeps failing and saying "Alignment failed" and looking at the support console 10.1.1.16 (for me) I cannot find error logs anywhere to find out what caused the Alignment failed error, there is also no firmware updates available so this seems to be a current issue.

 

My prints have large white streaks through the page where text is clearly not printed and they're consistent on each print, cleaning the print heads is doing nothing so my next guess is the alignment which won't work.

 

My printer is now 2 months out of warranty and I am feeling quite screwed and seem to be stuck in this never ending printer issue where I cannot buy one that ever works. I had hope buying this almost $600 printer would be different and I am so far sorely wrong.
