I bought an HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer in January 2022, and it is just now out of warranty by 2 months.
The print quality has degraded quite a bit, I have run all diagnostic functions multiple times (alignments, cleanings), this helps a little the issue but does not fully resolve it.
Additionally, a small piece of plastic with teeth (resembling a comb) has fallen out of the printer but I do not know where.
I have been in touch with HP support but they told me to "buy another printer" which is find RIDICULOUS as this printer is just little over 2 years old, and a printer should last for 10 years.
Does anyone know where I can find a manual which might identify where this bit of plastic comes from, or advice on how to further improve printer quality? see attached photos below
