The cartridge carriage of my HP Smart Tank Plus 570 Series is out of control. (There is no paper jam or any obstruction!) It smashes from right to left wall, to right wall, to left wall, to right wall, then stops.
In the interior from the front door and from the bottom door there are no obstructions to be seen.
The printer will not reset.
The message in the window is: in Dutch: "De wagen kan niet bewerken".
"The carriage cannot edit".

@Hugo-Dill
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

I executed the reset reset of the printer, as you recommended. The printer remains in the same situation with smashing printwagon from left to right twice.
Then I tried the firmware update, but this also failed, as the printer is offline, without any possibility to get it online from the laptop, as from the printer screen (as soon as I touch the screen, the printer starts smashing the printwagon.)
Is there any solution left?
