Just bought the HP Smart Tank Plus 651 yesterday, Printer keeps giving error code OXB80585EA. I've done the printer updates as requested by the app. I've also done a hard reset on the printer. Any ideas what this error code may be? Would like to get this fixed. Should I Return it and get a  different brand printer

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

 

Let's try a hard reset first. Please unplug the power cable from the back of the printer and reconnect it after 5 minutes. Ensure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet.
