Hello,
I am having this issue with my Officejet 200 Mobile printer. I cannot print from pc but can from the mobile app on my iPhone. I really need help on this issue. I did all the items you suggested in the post but still no help. Please help.

Which Operating system is installed on your PC?
Are you suing HP Smart app to print from the PC or do you have HP Full-featured driver/printer assistant?
Check the connectivity between the printer and the PC. How is it connected, USB or Wireless?
If you are using a Windows PC, Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
