I have tried sending multiple print jobs via the printers email address, and I get the confirmation message each time, but no print job and nothing is in the queue. Everything is enabled, online and ready to go..

Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job has been received and prepared for printing.

If the job does not print, make sure:

  1. The printer's email address was entered correctly 2. The printer is online 3. You have permission to use the printer 4. Total size of all attachments does not exceed 10MB 5. Total of 10 attachments or less

Please note that a print job might be delayed by slow email delivery or a slow Internet connection.

For additional ePrint troubleshooting information, see this support page: www.hp.com/go/eprinthelp

HP Smart account owners can turn off ePrint job status emails at www.hpsmart.com. NOTE: HP Smart is not available in all regions. Sign into your account at www.hpsmart.com, select the “Change Settings” button for your printer on the “My Printers” page, enable the “Allowed” option in ePrint Access, and remove the checkmark from “Get notified when an ePrint is sent” option. NOTE: This option is not available in regions where HP Smart is not available.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try to remove and add web services: To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

Add web services: To set up Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Web Services Setup . 3. Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services. 4. On the screen that appears, touch OK to allow the printer to automatically check for product updates.

NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the onscreen instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the network.

5. If the Printer Update Options screen is displayed, select one of the options. 6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

Hello, I printed out your directions on removing and reinstalling Web services from the control panel. It was slightly different navigation but I was able to do it. Unfortunately, that did not make a difference. Anything I emailed to my printer's email address just does never print out. I also had another issue with scanned the email I don't know if you had a chance to read that ... I can mention that on a separate thread. But I'm trying to get this 1 working 1st ... this printer is correctly showing in my HP smart so I don't know what the issue is

 Thanks for your help

Assign manual IP to the printer-

The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.

For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers
