HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my HP Colour Laser Jet ro MFP M479dw printer for sometime now.
1. I want to know how to stop/cancel printing a job immediately.

2. I want to be able to control which pages I will print in a multiple page document.

To be frank, in usability terms, compared to my previous printer (Samsung C480w) , the HP is a design failure.

So here is the first improvement: provide a Cancel Print Job button on the home screen of the control panel.

I have no idea how to cancel a job other than to turn the damned thing off, do this immediately!

As a second point, take a tip from the Samsung software designers and produce a screen which will show all pages and allow us the select and deselect them, just like the Easyprint (I think it was called that) control screen of the Samsung.

You write as though your design is great, but frankly it is not. For a small fee I'll help you get it right!

If these features are already there, then make them accessible and clearly visible.
